Our legal basis for collecting and processing your personal data is consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation) .  You may revoke this consent at any time or request that your personal data not be processed in a certain way by submitting a request to customercare@fashionfair.com with sufficient information for us to property identify you and your records.  You may access, review, and request changes to, transfer or deletion of your personal data.  Your personal data will be retained for as long as we or our third-party partners continue to communicate with you regarding products, services, promotions, events, invitations, news, and other communications relating to educational and language resources, unless longer retention is required by law.  Your personal data will be processed by Fashion Fair, a company located in the United States, where your personal data may be transferred and stored.  Our third-party partners, who also may process your personal data may also be located outside of the European Union or European Economic Area.

This notice to California residents is provided under California law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), Cal. Civ. Code 1798.100, et seq. This notice supplements our Privacy Policy by explaining your privacy rights if you are a California resident, providing our “notice at collection,” and providing certain mandated disclosures about our treatment of California residents’ information, both online and offline.”  The California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”) requires all California-operated commercial websites to post a privacy policy. CalOPPA requires that any person or company that operates websites which collect personally-identifiable information from consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared. In compliance with CalOPPA, we agree to the following:

  • Users can visit our site anonymously;
  • Once this Privacy Policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page or as a minimum on the first significant page after entering our Site.
  • Our Privacy Policy link includes the word ‘Privacy’ and can easily be found on the page specified above.
  • Users will be notified of any privacy policy change on our Privacy Policy page.
  • Users are able to change their personal information by emailing us at customercare@fashionfair.com  

 We honor do not track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place. It is also important to note that we do not allow third-party behavioral tracking.
