General Inquiries

Do we test on animals?  Our products are cruelty-free; and all of our products are vegan.
My Password is not working / I Forgot My Password.  Passwords are case-sensitive. If you forgot your password, click here to request a new one. An email will automatically be sent with a new, temporary password (if you do not see this email, check your junk mail folder). Once signed in, you will have the option of creating a new one by going to My Profile.
What forms of payment are accepted?  We currently accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover Card®. We do not accept cash, cashier's checks, money orders or personal checks.
Can I safely use my credit card?  We take great care in providing secure transmission of your information from your computer to our servers. We use the industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) encryption when credit card information is transmitted. SSL encryption is a method by which information is encrypted while being transmitted over the Internet. While no method is completely impenetrable, SSL is the state-of-the-art encryption technology used in e-commerce today.
Can I use an international credit card to pay for my purchases?  We are currently unable to accept credit cards issued outside of the United States.

How can I check the status of my order?   The quickest way to check the status items is to sign in to your account and go to order history. You may also email Customer Care at customercare@fashionfair.com.
How quickly will my order be processed?   We process and ship orders within 3 to 7 business days. Click here for shipping options and delivery times.
Can I place orders by Mail, Fax and Phone?   We do not accept mail, fax or phone call orders.
Does fashionfair.com ship internationally?   We do not currently ship overseas, but look forward to offering the option in the near future.

How can I unsubscribe from receiving Fashion Fair emails?   You can unsubscribe from Fashion Fair emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each email. It may take up to 10 business days before your email address is removed from our database.
