Where does deliver?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.  Please note, we are currently unable to ship to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Military or Diplomatic addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Our courier is unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Fashion Fair accepts most major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay.

Does ship internationally?

  We ship ship all 50 States in the U.S., the District of Columbia and the United Kingdom. We are unable to ship to any U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, with the exception of U.S. Federal Holidays.

Please also note:

  • Orders ship via DHL and the estimated number of days to deliver includes processing time (1-2 days).
  • Please verify shipping address entered before submitting order.   It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping information.  Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer's error will not be replaced or refunded.

How do I track my package?

To track your package once it has shipped: 

  • When your order ships, you will be sent an email notification that will include the order’s tracking number.

What shipping carrier do you use?

DHL is our preferred carrier.



What is’s return policy?

Any product purchased on can be returned WITHIN 30 DAYS from the date of purchase as indicated on your invoice. Return shipping and handling fees are at customer's expense.

If I make a return, will the cost of shipping and handling be returned?

We do not refund shipping costs associated with returns.

How should I return products?

Refund processing requires an email to Customer Service at with reason and picture of product. Only products purchased on can be returned. 

We recommend using a traceable method such as USPS Insured Parcel Post or Regular Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Original list of contents should be included noting items being returned. Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date we receive your return package at our return facility. If you are unable to find your list of contents, please contact Customer Care via email at for assistance.

How long does it take to process a refund?

It takes up to 10 business days from the time your return is received to process and credit your original form of payment. An email notification will be sent once the return has been processed. It may take 1 or 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
